What is meant by 'discreetly' sent?

All packages are shipped discreetly. This means that you cannot see from the outside where your package came from. How long does it take for my package to arrive?

The shipping time depends on the parcel carrier. We choose the most sustainable option at that time. Which one that is, depends on the number of parcels, the delivery addresses and the size of the parcels. After shipping, you can expect your parcel about 1 to 2 days later.

How can I return my order?

Do you want to return an item? Then follow the steps below.

Step 1: Check if your return meets the return requirements. You can find them on this page .

Step 2: Contact our customer service via info@lielei.nl or fill in the return form . If you choose to email, please state your order number, the item you want to return and possibly the reason for return. After your return request, we will contact you as soon as possible to provide you with instructions for returning.

Can I exchange my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot exchange your item. You can return your previously purchased item (if it meets the return requirements) and order a new item.

What should I do if I received a broken product?

Ouch, we are just as disappointed as you are. That is why we would like to find a solution with you. Please contact us first via info@lielei.nl . Please state your order number, the item that is defective and what the defect is. Preferably with photos. Then we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Where do the products come from?

Good question. We try to buy as many products as possible that are produced in Europe. Sometimes that is not the case and we are such a fan of the product and notice that you still find it in our shop. We mention with each product where it is made, so that you can decide for yourself whether you buy something from 'far away' or 'close by'.

What is meant by 'fair production'?

For us, ethically responsible means no animal suffering and no human suffering. All products are not tested on animals. We also check that during production people work under good conditions, for a fair wage.

What is meant by 'sustainable'?

Sustainable is a broad concept that can often have different meanings. Whatever meaning you give it, the most sustainable thing is to buy nothing.
