LieLei.nl guarantees that the products and/or services comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability and the legal provisions and/or government regulations in force on the date the agreement was concluded.
If the purchased product shows a defect or has a manufacturing error, please contact customer service. Please state the order number, the article number and a description of the defect as clearly as possible.
The costs of return shipping are at our expense and we will refund them to the customer's account number known to us.
All comments will be processed and answered within 2 business days unless otherwise stated.
Factory Warranty
In addition to the statutory warranty mentioned above, some products also have a manufacturer's warranty. This manufacturer's warranty does not affect the statutory warranty. If there is a manufacturer's warranty, this will be stated on the product page or upon delivery. This manufacturer's warranty concerns defects resulting from manufacturing errors.
If a product that falls under the manufacturer's warranty becomes defective within the period of the manufacturer's warranty, LieLei.nl will ensure a free replacement of the product. This only applies to products that were purchased at LieLei.nl . To have a defective product replaced, we ask you to return it as soon as possible, preferably within 1 month, after discovering the defect to:

The shipping costs for returning a product during the manufacturer's warranty period will not be reimbursed by LieLei.
